As Founder and CEO of Arizona Land Consulting, a premier land advisory firm, she specializes in high-value land transactions for hyperscale AI data centers throughout Arizona’s West Valley, one of the fastest-growing data center corridors in the United States.
Anita has executed some of the largest and most strategic data center land deals in Arizona, including a landmark transaction with Tract, positioning her at the center of the state’s AI, energy, and infrastructure expansion. Her work and market insights have been featured in Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, The Times of India, Inc. 5000 and the South China Morning Post, cementing her reputation as a national authority on AI-driven real estate, land use, and investment strategy.
Widely recognized as a top female voice in AI data center investment and development, Anita is currently leading a $51 million land acquisition adjacent to Bill Gates’ Belmont Smart City, further anchoring Arizona’s role as a global hub for next-generation technology and intelligent infrastructure.
Beyond real estate, Anita is also the Founder of Camelback Productions, Arizona’s first South Asian, female-owned film production company, launched in 2023 to amplify underrepresented voices in global storytelling.
