Brock Andrus is an experienced investment executive with more than two decades in commercial real estate finance and structured capital. He has overseen the financing of over $35 billion in commercial real estate assets, spanning multifamily, workforce housing, manufactured housing, industrial, logistics, office, seniors housing, and single-family rental sectors. He has extensive experience structuring corporate credit facilities, securitizations, and NAV-based lines, as well as designing proprietary financial tools to enhance performance analytics and asset-level decision-making. His expertise spans the full capital stack—ranging from senior and mezzanine debt to equity and fund-level vehicles.

As Co-CIO, he led institutional equity funds exceeding $1.7 billion, guiding fund strategy, asset-level investment decisions, and portfolio-level risk management. Brock has managed institutional teams through market cycles, led valuation and risk management committees, and driven investor reporting and engagement.
