He has over 15 years of experience supporting large-scale data center projects globally and leads technical and construction due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and developments.

His experience spans the full lifecycle of data center projects—from site selection through design, procurement, and delivery. His work includes evaluation of cost, schedule, and delivery risk, as well as considerations around power availability, supply chain constraints, and evolving technology requirements, particularly in high-density and AI-driven environments.
