John Cordisco

John is a co-founder of CleanArc Data Centers and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, construction management, risk mitigation strategies, systems integration, and anti-terrorism defense strategies. Over the course of his career, he has overseen the development and operation of data centers and critical infrastructure projects in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa. He has served on numerous project leadership teams developing infrastructure projects ranging from tens of millions to multi-billion-dollar developments across government, nuclear power generation, and many private sector industries.

At CleanArc, John manages the acquisition and development of infrastructure and real estate assets for CleanArc’s portfolio of hyperscale data center projects. In his role, John also manages political affairs, regulation and legislative engagement, project incentives, and tax negotiations. John is a United States Marine Corps veteran and served a tour in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management and is currently pursuing a second degree at Arizona State University. He is also attending Cornell University’s Real Estate Investment Program.
