Obinna Isiadinso is the Global Sector Lead for Cloud and Data Center Investments and a Senior Investment Officer with the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Global Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) team, based in Washington DC. Mr. Isiadinso develops global sector strategy, leads investment teams on investment valuation and execution considerations, reviews debt and equity transaction structures and participates in transaction negotiations with various counterparties, while providing market and industry updates to clients and IFC management.Prior to joining IFC Global TMT, Mr. Isiadinso was a Senior Investment Officer with the IFC Asset Management Company (“AMC”) and a member of the investment team for the $1 billion IFC African, Latin American and Caribbean Fund. While with AMC, Mr. Isiadinso managed private equity investments in various countries including Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Tanzania, Colombia and across various industries, including telecom and infrastructure.Prior to joining AMC, Mr. Isiadinso was a Principal with ARM Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on West Africa where he served on the board of directors of E-Motion Advertising, a leading Nigerian outdoor advertising business.Prior to ARM, Mr. Isiadinso was a Principal with Development Partners International (“DPI”) a $3 billion pan-African private equity firm. At DPI, Obinna was responsible for originating, structuring and executing private equity investments across various African countries and industries including telecommunications.Mr. Isiadinso received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from Baruch College.
