Andrés Luna, PE, PMP, is Vice President and Global Water & Wastewater Data Center Lead at AECOM, where he directs the firm’s global strategy to help hyperscalers and water utilities navigate the rapidly expanding water demands of digital infrastructure. With more than 24 years of experience in civil engineering, water resources, and complex program delivery, Mr. Luna leads initiatives that integrate data-center growth into utility master planning, accelerate reclaimed-water and alternative-supply solutions, and strengthen community-focused resilience. His work spans North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, advising utilities and hyperscalers on sustainable capacity planning, permitting solutions, and long-term water security.
