Chris Lozinak is a Managing Director with Newmark’s Global Debt & Structured Finance group, based in the firm’s New York headquarters. In his role, Lozinak focuses on the execution of large-scale financing and capital placement transactions nationwide.Lozinak advises clients on complex capital structures including balance sheet, CMBS and construction financing, working closely with senior leadership to deliver tailored solutions aligned with evolving market dynamics. During his tenure at Newmark, he supported or led the execution of approximately $25 billion in transactions.Prior to joining Newmark, Lozinak worked on the lending side, most recently at Nuveen Real Estate and previously at Mesa West Capital. He began his career at Wells Fargo as part of the firm’s commercial real estate balance sheet lending group.
