Holly Adams is Senior Vice President of Energy on Beale’s development team, bringing more than 18 years of experience developing and delivering large scale generation and transmission infrastructure projects with a focus on renewable generation. Prior to Beale, Holly served as Vice President of Origination at Pattern Energy and President of GridLiance High Plains at NextEra Energy. Earlier, she was Vice President of Origination at Avangrid Renewables. Before joining the clean energy industry, Holly served in the United States Air Force where she attained the rank of captain and received multiple awards and recognitions for outstanding service.
