Rohan leads capital markets initiatives at TensorWave, setting and executing the company's short- and long-term capital allocation strategy. Since joining, he has helped TensorWave close a $350M Series B at a $1.55B valuation and executed the platform's various infrastructure financing needs, including GPU and data center construction financings. Prior to TensorWave, Rohan spent over nine years in investment banking, advising on complex M&A and financing transactions. He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University.
