Usman Arshad is Vice President of Global Finance at HostDime Global Corp, where he leads the company's global finance organization, overseeing capital strategy, treasury, corporate development, and lender and investor relationships across a multi-jurisdictional data center platform.

He is responsible for capital structuring, construction and permanent financing, recapitalization initiatives, and long-term funding strategies across HostDime's owned and operated data center portfolio throughout the United States and Latin America. His experience spans project finance, cross-border capital deployment, financial planning, institutional capital raising, and strategic capital allocation for digital infrastructure assets. He has led complex financing transactions, including construction loans, equipment financing, corporate credit facilities, and cross-border capital structures, to support the development and expansion of HostDime's global platform.

Prior to joining HostDime, Usman worked in the power generation division at Siemens AG. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida.
