Alice Gould joined IPSO as a Complaints Officer in 2019 prior to becoming Head of Complaints in 2023. Prior to this, Alice had an international career, working at non-governmental organisations in the US and the Republic of Georgia and taught English in China. Alice holds a master’s in Human Rights and a degree in Law.
