Emily joined IPSO in 2020, before becoming Head of Complaints in 2023. Prior to joining IPSO, Emily worked for Conwy Libraries, and had her interest in journalism piqued while working at her university’s student newspaper. A fluent Welsh speaker, Emily also has a Master’s Degree in English Literature
