Dr Judith Skillen is an Assistant Professor in Law at the University of Nottingham. Prior to joining Nottingham, Judith was a Teaching Fellow at King’s College London. Judith’s teaching and research interests lie in the law of obligations, with a particular focus on remedies and privacy. She completed her PhD, entitled ‘Damages for Misuse of Private Information’, at the University of Bristol in 2024.
