Judith Skillen is an Assistant Professor in Law at the University of Nottingham. Her research and teaching interests lie in the law of obligations, remedies, and privacy. She holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and Queen’s University Belfast, and is currently completing a PhD on Damages for the Tort of Misuse of Private Information at the University of Bristol
