Alexandra Cherepanova is an experienced legal professional specializing in competition and commercial law. She has been working at VMware by Broadcom for over seven years, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel, leading legal matters for the EMEA Channel. Previously, she worked as Corporate Counsel, providing legal support across various business areas. Alexandra holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and is further advancing her expertise with a specialization in EU Competition Law at King’s College London (2024-2025).
