Juan is the Head of Client Solutions at Renta 4 Bank, where his role is to analyze and understand the different customer segments, and to identify their needs in order to adapt the product and service offer, providing them with the best experience through the different channels. He is also responsible for guiding the commercial efforts of the Branch Network, and the Marketing actions, in order to achieve the defined business objectives.

Juan has over 20 years' experience in the Wealth Management industry. Prior to joining Renta4, he was Global Head of Digital Private Banking at Santander Global Wealth Management where he drove the digital transformation of the Private Banking segment. Previously he served as Global Head of Wealth & Select at Santander Digital, and Global Head of Savings and Investments within the Retail & Commercial Banking Division of Santander Group.
