Will is the Head of Customer Experience at Close Brothers, a FTSE250 UK merchant banking group. Over his career he has built and grown customer-centric teams whilst working with banks, insurers and fintechs across 3 continents.
Before joining Close Brothers, he led a cross-regional team to launch one of the first digital banks in South-East Asia, grew a 50-strong CX team in a UK start-up and worked as a trusted advisor to some of Australia's largest financial services organisations.
