Todd has been in the restaurant business for 20 years, and has seen virtually every angle of the industry in that time. He started his career with two large, multi-national public brands: KFC and Wendy's. After Wendy's, he spent time first as CMO and ultimately as the President of Sonic Drive-in as it transitioned from a super-regional brand to a national brand. In 2017, Todd and his wife Amy started their own restaurant group and founded two award winning restaurant brands in Salt Lake City: ROCTACO and Flake Pie Co. He sold his majority stake in both brands in 2024 to join Swig. He is currently the President of the company and is leading the brand's expansion beyond the 16 states it currently operates within.
