Chad Carpenter, is CEO of Reven Capital that he founded in 2009. Reven Capital is a value real estate investment management firm. Over his career Mr. Carpenter has founded and operated both public and private real estate companies, has 30 years of real estate investing and operating experience and been involved in over $3 billion in real estate transactions. He has sponsored four private real estate equity funds, acquired, owned, and operated over 1,000 commercial and residential investment properties. Mr. Carpenter, was the CEO of Equastone that he co-founded in 1993, an office focused investment company that owned 90 properties across the U.S. representing approximately 11 million square feet which he sold his interest in 2008.  He was also the Chairman & CEO of Reven Housing REIT, (NASDAQ: RVEN), a public company which he founded in 2012. RVEN focused on investing in the single-family rental business across the U.S. which he sold in 2019. Mr. Carpenter has recently founded Reven Office REIT that intends to be a leading U.S. office specialty finance company in the greatest dislocation that office properties have ever experienced.
