Darren Cline is Managing Director, Investments at TerraCotta. Darren is also responsible for managing the firm’s key relationships with sponsors and the brokerage community. Darren has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and credit. Before joining TerraCotta, Darren was a highly regarded real estate broker with Grubb & Ellis, and with Colliers, where he worked with many corporate clients and completed some of the largest real estate transactions in the San Fernando Valley/Ventura County of the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Darren graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Political Science and a minor in International Relations. While attending UCLA, he was a member of the UCLA Bruins football team and was a starter for two years.
