At Sydell, Jeremy leads development and finance, focusing on deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, negotiations, capital raising and M&A. He notably led the landmark NoMad M&A transaction between Sydell and Hilton in 2024, a pivotal step in Sydell’s growth and Hilton’s entry into the luxury-lifestyle sector.

Jeremy is a fourth-generation hotelier who gained early operational experience at Cooper Hotels, a family business with over 3,000 rooms. He has also worked with Peachtree Group, Intrinsic Hotel Capital, Atlas Real Estate Partners, LW Hospitality Advisors and Hilton Worldwide.

Jeremy has managed stakeholder relationships, executing $750 million in real estate transactions, as well as preparing appraisals and market feasibility studies for hotel and portfolio deals valued at over $5 billion.

Jeremy earned his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He obtained his MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean's Honors with Distinction. Jeremy was named to Hotel Management’s Thirty Under 30 list in 2023.
