Marc Grayson

Marc Grayson is a 25-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Early in his career, he worked with some of the most active commercial real estate developers in the country, including Ryan Companies and Vestar Development, where he managed the delivery of over 3.5M square feet of real estate with a market value over $2B. In 2009, Marc co-founded RRA Capital, an institutional bridge lender and investment firm specializing in customized debt products for real estate sponsors across the US. Under his guidance, RRA Capital has originated over $1.5B in new loans nationwide, managed a portfolio exceeding $1.7B in commercial mortgages, and provided consultative expertise on distressed real estate credits valued at over $2.4B. Marc received a Bachelor of Construction Management and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. He holds a Real Estate Broker license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Marc served as Board President for the City of Scottsdale Industrial Development Authority and served on the Board of the Maricopa County Housing Authority working to increase housing affordability.  He has held board leadership positions in several industry groups, including the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the Turnaround Management Association.
