Maya Theuer is the CEO and Founder of Redwood Residential Development, a full service suburban infill multifamily and BTR developer. With focus on Northern California markets, Redwood Residential sources, entitles, capitalizes, and builds low rise rental housing. Maya graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and is a Board Member of Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). She lectures at the Stanford Graduate School of Business as well as the Cal Berkeley Master's in Real Estate Development program.
