Seth Moldoff is Director of the Special Assets Department at Umpqua Bank. Special Assets actively manages the workout and collection process for problem consumer, small business, commercial real estate, and corporate loans. Prior to joining Umpqua Bank, Seth was the Western Region Division Manager for Wells Fargo Bank’s Credit Resolution Group. His banking career spans 25+ years, including lending to oil and gas companies, asset-based lending, financing leveraged buyouts, and workouts. He also completed an overseas assignment in Sydney, Australia, with a US-based bank. Seth earned undergraduate degrees from Brandeis University and a graduate degree (MBA) from the University of Michigan.
