William joined Paceline in February 2022 and oversees the firm’s commercial real estate portfolio. Previously, William spent over 8 years at Lantern Asset Management, where he managed the firm’s investment team and was responsible for building and directly overseeing its real estate investment portfolio. William was also a founding partner and member of the investment committee for its affiliate Lantern Capital Partners, a registered investment advisor investing funds across a wide range of industries and asset classes on behalf of a broad group of institutional and high net worth investors. During his tenure at Lantern, William served as an officer for several HOA and joint venture boards of directors. Prior to Lantern, he was a Vice President with Spear Street Capital, an owner/operator of office properties located in the United States, Canada and Europe. At Spear Street, William was responsible for the origination and asset management of investments throughout the Eastern half of the United States.

Early in his career, William served as a real estate investment professional within Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division and a consultant within the Financial Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. William graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School.
