With a PhD in Life Sciences, my experience expands across research and education, academia and industry, and multiple countries. As a detailed-oriented, critical observer, I have dedicated part of my academic career researching how the brain learns and adapts to its environment. As a teacher and course developer in higher education, I committed to creating engaging, research-based training materials. I am skilled in identifying and harnessing people’s strengths in order to work together towards shared goals, passionate aboutnding relevant information to solve complex problems, and using knowledge and innovative tools to deliver creative solutions in my projects. In a fast-changing, multicultural world, my goal is to work on projects that prepare people to be skilful and well-rounded professionals, while promoting fair, integrated and diverse workplaces.
