Vincent Lecat is an ESG professional with 13+ years’ experience working in Africa, Europe and South-East Asia on large investment projects with international fundings in the power, food and agriculture, transport, health, urban development and extractive sectors. During this time, Vincent specialised in environmental and social impact assessment, ESG due diligence, stakeholder engagement, E&S management system and international environmental and social standards. Vincent joined DPI in January 2020 and is in charge of the Impact and ESG team, supporting Impact and ESG Due Diligence process of prospective investment and monitoring of current portfolio companies for all the ADP funds. He also lead the implementation of the Impact investment methodology and the Impact and ESG Management system with a focus on gender balance, job growth and job quality and climate change.
