Ivana is a certified Trade Finance specialist with the CTFP diploma and has more than 20 years of working experience in the European banking industries. She specializes in Trade Finance, including Export Financing, Bank Guarantees, Export/Import Documentary Credits, and SBLC.

Commencing her professional journey as the Customer Relationship Manager at the Raiffeisen Bank (RZB), she excelled in promoting the bank's brand by working with Central and Eastern European clients.

She continued her career at the Addiko Group, where she held multiple crucial positions in Trade Finance, including Head of Guarantee Business and Senior Trade Finance Executive, supporting corporate and institutional clients across the region and globally with trade finance services. She played a significant role in executing major banking projects (Trade Finance Facilitation Program, SWIFT standards convergence project, and Implementation Project of Trade Finance platform solutions).

Recently relocated to Singapore, she is an active member of the trade finance community, regularly speaking on industry topics and sharing her expertise with peers and colleagues.
