Presentation Requirements


We know you are pros at this, but we’ve included a few speaker guidelines to keep in mind as you prepare.
Your audience will have high expectations and, well, so do we!


  1. Breakout sessions are either 15 or 30 minutes long: For 15-minute sessions Aim to deliver a 10-minute presentation with 5 minutes for Q&A. For 30-minute sessions Aim to deliver a 25-minute presentation with 5 minutes for Q&A
  2. Your presentation must be in a PowerPoint or PDF document, in 16:9 aspect ratio. If you would prefer to build your slides in Keynote, Google Slides, etc. please export it as a PowerPoint or PDF before uploading it.
  3. You may use any presentation theme you’d like.
  4. When your presentation is ready, email it to sydney.atendido@informa.com.
  5. Final presentations are due by Monday, May 5th.
