Sponsor Checklist
Complete the Mandatory CliftonStrengths Assessment
The deadline to complete assessment is May 1st.
As added value to your FEI: Front End of Innovation conference experience, we’re excited to invite all attendees to complete a CliftonStrengths Assessment.
This isn’t just a great tool for discovering your unique strengths and learning how to leverage them for success at your organization and in your career. The anonymized results of this assessment will be used during a special session at the conference. Because of that, it’s important that all attendees complete the assessment ahead of time. We really want you to get the most out of the experience—and your participation helps make that possible for everyone.
The assessment typically takes about 8–12 minutes, so please set aside enough time to complete it in one go.
Book Your Hotel
Hotel Booking Deadline: Friday, April 25th

The FEI team has secured discounted room rates for speakers, sponsors and attendees at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. Discounted room rates are available until deadline or until sold out.
Fraud Alert
Some FEI attendees have been contacted by unauthorized third-party providers seeking to book hotel reservations for attendees at reduced rates. Please be advised that no third-party providers have been authorized by Informa Connect, FEI or the Omni to provide such services, and any representations to the contrary should be considered fraudulent. All reservations should be made directly with the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. FEI and Informa Connect disclaim responsibility for any losses or complications arising out of attempted hotel bookings by attendees through third-party providers.
Submit Company Logo for Signage
Deadline to Submit Company Logo: Friday, April 25th.
- Please submit a high-resolution file of your company logo to be printed on signage
- We require a .pdf, and a .png file
- You may also submit a .eps / .ai file for a higher resolution
Register Your Complimentary Passes
Registration Deadline: Monday, May 5th
Add Registration Deadline to Calendar
- To secure your complimentary all-access passes for your team, please follow instructions below.
- The main contact will receive an email from Visit by GES with your Registration Portal Invite. If you need to update the main contact, please email me directly.
- Set up your account using the link in the welcome email from Visit.
- Log in to the portal, click the Team tab, and select Add Staff.
- Choose Register Delegate - SPEX passes to register your team members.
- After registering, you’ll receive an email confirmation with an entrance code. Bring this code (printed or on your phone) to the event to print your badge onsite.
Important Note:
- Speakers, presenters, and round table moderators will be registered separately. Please do not use your all-access passes for these roles.
Submit Your Insurance
Deadline to Submit Exhibitor Insurance: Monday, May 5th
All exhibitors with a tabletop package are required to carry exhibitor insurance with coverage up to $2 million, as mandated by the venue. To simplify this process, we have partnered with a trusted vendor offering this coverage for $149. This insurance is mandatory for all exhibitors and must be secured prior to the event. Please ensure that your coverage is in place to comply with venue requirements.

Complete the Exhibitor Sustainability Survey
Prioritizing sustainability is critical to the FEI team, as we understand the environmental impact of the events industry. FEI strives to identify, understand and address these impacts to achieve continual improvement year after year.
We'll ask you about things like lighting, materials in your booth space, how you're shipping your items, and transportation while your staff is on-site in Boston with the goal of helping you ascertain changes you can make to reduce your impact on the environment both at FEI and ideally at all other shows you’re exhibiting in. This survey will take approximately ten minutes.
