Exhibitors are required to provide a Commercial General Liability insurance policy with a total limit of $2,000,000 to ensure proper financial protection for all parties involved in the event. This insurance coverage is essential for addressing any risks or liabilities that may arise during the event, safeguarding the interests of the event organizers, venue, and attendees.
