You are entitled to a certain number of passes per your agreement.
Be sure to register using the instructions below by the Registration Deadline – May 5^th, to secure your complimentary passes.

How To Register

The main contact will receive an email with the subject line “FEI 2025 | Register your Complimentary Sponsor Passes” with your Registration Portal Invite. Follow instructions through the link.
Set up your account through the link in the email.
Once you log in to the portal, on the left side of the screen, click the Team tab.
Click Add Staff.
Select Register Delegate - SPEX passes.
Once a delegate has been registered, an email confirmation will be sent with an entrance code that should be printed/ saved on your phone and taken onsite to print an event badge.
Speakers, Presenters, and Round Table Moderators will be registered separately, so please do not use your all access passes allotments to register speakers.

Important Notes

The count on your registration portal is NOT inclusive of your speakers. They will be sent their own registration link and will not appear in your portal until the event
Contract Example: "You have a total of 4 passes broken down as follows: 1 speaker, 1 client speaker, and 2 all access passes." You will only have 2 passes in your portal to register. Your 2 speakers will be sent their own link.
Delegate - SPEX Pass: This pass has access to set up and breakdown of the pre-function and all sessions from May 18 - May 21.
