Betsy Gelfand is the Senior Vice President, Finance at Endeavor BioMedicines. She has 20 years of finance and accounting experience with the last twelve in the biotech industry. Prior to joining Endeavor, she served as Chief Accounting Officer at Mirati Therapeutics, where she played a pivotal role in the Company’s first commercial launch and managing through significant growth, culminating in its $5.8 billion acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb. She has also held senior positions at Tocagen Inc. and Regulus Therapeutics. She began her career in public accounting, serving 8 years in the audit practice.

She serves as the President of the Association of Biotech Finance Officers (ABFO), Southwest Chapter and received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of San Diego and is a Certified Public Accountant.
