Christian Nodgaard is a life sciences finance and commercial operations leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning accounting, FP&A, Gross-to-Net (GTN), commercial analytics, and business strategy. His pharmaceutical experience includes supporting commercialization and financial operations, managing product profitability and GTN, and building commercial finance and analytics capabilities from the ground up. He has held leadership roles at Galderma and Dermavant Sciences, where he helped prepare for and support the launches of Epiduo Forte®, Aklief®, and VTAMA®, with responsibilities spanning commercial forecasting, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), data infrastructure, and performance analytics. Today, as a Senior Manager in Baker Tilly’s Life Sciences Advisory practice, Christian advises pharmaceutical and biotech organizations on GTN, Government Pricing (GP), pricing strategy, launch readiness, and operational performance. Earlier in his career, Christian built a strong foundation in accounting, audit, and FP&A across aerospace & defense and professional services.
