Will is a seasoned finance executive leading financial, operations, human resource and accounting teams across a diverse range of industries in wireless technologies, internet of things devices, cosmeceuticals and bio-technology where he has held executive level positions for the past 21 years. His areas of expertise are strategic finance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, strategic alliances, new business development, financial modeling, strategic planning and metrics analysis. Will is currently the CFO for both Nucleus Biologics and Stoic Bio leading their financial, accounting, HR, supply chain and procurement teams. Prior to joining Nucleus, Will was the Sr. VP of Finance and Operations for SENTE, Inc. growing the business 15-20% each year over 5 years and before that was the CFO of LocusTraxx, Inc. leading the company to a successful acquisition exit. Will also spent 12 years at Qualcomm, Inc. in various leadership roles across multiple divisions including new business development, mergers and acquisitions, international finance, financial planning, and business operations. Will has a BS degree in accounting from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance with honors from the University of North Texas. Will is also an avid golfer and drummer.
