Catherine Chan is currently the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Chroma Medicine, a biotech start-up that focuses on developing epigenetics medicine. She has been at Chroma for over two years. Catherine spent the past seven years in various finance leadership roles with a focus on building new finance functions in both private and public biotech companies. Before biotech, Catherine worked over a decade in finance transformation across multiple industries including medical diagnostic and devices, consumer products, and green tech. Catherine holds an MBA with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Babson College and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
