Colleen Tupper is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Collegium Pharmaceutical, a role she has held since May 2021. Prior to join Collegium, Colleen served as Chief Financial Officer, for Takeda Pharmaceuticals’ U.S. Business Unit and was a member of both the Executive Leadership Team and the Global Finance Leadership Team. Prior to that, Ms. Tupper held several increasingly senior roles at Shire Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Takeda in 2019) including Vice President, U.S. Commercial Finance, Vice President, Finance Integration, and Vice President, Head of Finance Global Neuroscience and Ophthalmics. Earlier in her career, she held finance and accounting positions at Shire and Antigenics (now Agenus). Ms. Tupper holds a B.S. in Accounting from Franklin Pierce University and serves on the Board of Advisors for Life Science Cares, Boston.
