Gregg is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Danforth Advisors, the life science industry’s trusted partner for outsourced corporate and clinical functions. He is an accomplished life science executive officer with 30 years of experience leading finance and operations for both venture-backed startups and publicly held companies. He has served as CFO or executive-level advisor to numerous companies, including Black Diamond Therapeutics, Moderna, Pandion Therapeutics (acquired by Merck), Rome Therapeutics and Synlogic.
Prior to founding Danforth, Gregg designed and executed financial and corporate development strategies as CFO of ImmunoGen and Archemix. He previously worked as an investment banker with Adams, Harkness & Hill, where he underwrote financings for and provided buy- and sell-side M&A counsel to biotechnology, medical device and healthcare technology companies. He began his career as a corporate attorney with Gaffin & Krattenmaker, a Boston-based law firm.
Gregg holds a BA from Middlebury College, JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
