Jen is a Partner in CrossCountry's Boston Accounting Advisory practice, focused on building the firm's expertise and presence in biotechnology. She works with emerging growth companies, helping them prepare for strategic transactions (IPO, M&A) and supporting them post-transaction. Jen has deep technical accounting experience with complex agreements, and has guided public and venture-backed companies through periods of change—establishing and optimizing processes, training teams, and selecting technology. She has led teams through IPOs, carve-outs, and strategic FinOps projects, including accelerated close timelines, SOX controls, and system selection and integration.

With over 15 years leading assurance and advisory teams across industries, Jen was previously a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, providing assurance services with a focus on biotechnology and leading audit teams through IPOs, spin-offs, and divestitures. She has extensive experience with SEC reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting matters.

Jen holds a B.S. and MSA in Accounting from Boston College and is a CPA registered in Massachusetts.
