Jessica Marenco is the Associate Director, Accounting Operations at Roivant, a biopharmaceutical company that aims to improve the lives of patients by accelerating the development and commercialization of medicines that matter. She leads financial operations strategy, process transformation, and evaluation of the company's financial technology stack and data workflows across Roivant's portfolio of biotech companies, spanning pre-revenue development through commercial launch. She also oversees the Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense functions.

Prior to joining Roivant, Jessica spent her career at Flatiron Health, leading the finance function's international expansion and its NetSuite and Coupa implementations, before establishing the new Finance Transformation function. She began her career in the Assurance practice at PwC, followed by a consulting role at CFGI.

Jessica is a CPA and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
