Kara supports a variety of companies of all sizes through initial public offerings and capital market transactions, including acquisitions, carve-outs, and divestitures, and contributes to the development of Deloitte’s life sciences accounting guidance through her work on Deloitte’s Life Sciences Industry Accounting Guide.
