Kathleen Borthwick has served as Chief Financial Officer since March 2024. Prior to her tenure as CFO, Ms. Borthwick served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance. Before joining Passage Bio, Ms. Borthwick spent approximately 25 years in various leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson. During her tenure at J&J, she worked in Finance in support of Research & Development, Manufacturing, Business Development, Treasury and commercial operations for global Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology business segments. Ms. Borthwick earned her B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Accounting and Health Care Management at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, and her M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
