Kwame Boateng is a strategic finance executive with more than 20 years of experience helping biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies navigate clinical development, commercialization, and public company growth. He has held senior finance leadership roles at organizations including Roche, Sunovion, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Oncopeptides, BioLineRx, and Vistagen Therapeutics, partnering with executive teams, boards, and investors to drive financial strategy and operational execution.

Throughout his career, Kwame has led finance organizations through pivotal business milestones, including late-stage clinical development, product launches, IPO readiness, and commercial scaling. His expertise spans FP&A, capital allocation, cash runway management, commercialization planning, and finance transformation.

Kwame is the founder of Skollai Consulting LLC, where he advises life sciences companies on strategic finance, operational planning, and value creation across the development and commercialization lifecycle. He holds an MS in Finance from Boston University, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Business Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MA in Strategic Communication & Leadership from Seton Hall University. He also holds an MA and BA in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Freiburg in Germany.

Outside of his professional work, Kwame is an avid jazz enthusiast and enjoys exploring the music, artists, and history of jazz.
