Kyle Breidenstine is the Vice President of Finance and Controller at PepGen Inc. Kyle has extensive experience supporting venture-backed biotech startups. He played a pivotal role in PepGen’s initial public offering and led the finance team through its transition to a public company, including building out the accounting, reporting, and FP&A functions.

Before joining PepGen, Kyle held progressively senior roles in the finance team at Orchard Therapeutics, where he was a key contributor to the company’s IPO and several successful equity offerings. Earlier in his career, he worked at PwC, working with both public and private clients in the biotech and healthcare sectors. He began his finance career as a budget analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kyle is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts. He holds an MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in Political Science from Clark University.
