Maggie is a Principal in RSM’s Risk Consulting practice with a focus on process, risk & controls. Maggie has over sixteen years of experience leading engagements focused on assisting clients in preparing for and implementing control improvements required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Maggie is a member of RSM’s National Life Sciences industry team and is the co-leader of the National Biopharma sector team. She specializes in helping organizations in the industry build out their control environment as their organization progresses through the life cycle from the research and development stage through to commercialization. Maggie has also worked with organizations to build out their internal audit function and lead teams to execute internal audits across a variety of functions.
