Mark Mullikin is a CFO and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience leading financial operations, scaling high-growth companies, and raising capital in life sciences. Over his career, he has helped raise approximately $1 billion across private and public markets. Through his firm, Value Creation Partners, he currently serves as fractional CFO of Ensem Therapeutics and Vizgen, Inc., and advises a broader portfolio of life sciences companies on fundraising strategy, financial planning, and business development. Mark's career spans senior leadership roles across the industry. He previously served as CFO of Vedanta Biosciences and as VP of Finance & Investor Relations at Editas Medicine. Earlier, he held financial leadership roles at Novartis, served as a lead equity analyst at Piper Sandler, and led financial strategy engagements at Deloitte. Mark holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
