Michael Thater serves as Executive Director, Controller at Entrada Therapeutics (NASDAQ: TRDA). Michael joined Entrada in 2020 as the first finance hire and played a key role in the Company going public in late 2021. At Entrada he developed and oversees the processes related to Accounting, SEC reporting, Treasury, Tax, SOX404, AP, and Payroll. Prior to Entrada, Michael held positions at another start-up biotech as well as a publicly traded asset manager and started his accounting and finance career at EY where he was a manager in the assurance practice. He is a CPA and has his MBA from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern and his B.A. from Holy Cross.
