Andrew Szabo

Mr. Szabo spent the past 25 years leading large-scale process and organization transformation programs in the Financial services space, primarily focused on: technology strategy, operations delivery and execution, workforce management, digital product development and architecture.

Most recently, Andrew built Scotiabank’s AI, Process Management and Intelligent Automation groups (2016-2025), in aid of the bank’s global change programs, and with an annual P&L of ~$100MM, and 500+ FTE. As the accountable executive, Andrew was responsible for managing over $800MM in run-rate for Global process transformation programs.

Andrew also led Microsoft’s Canadian cloud consulting and partner teams for Azure and O365 (2013-2016), with a P&L of $400MM+.

Preceding Microsoft, Andrew was part of Deloitte’s Technology strategy and architecture team, advising global financial services clients primarily on technology strategy and implementation.
