Beth Haddock is a corporate director and strategic advisor bridging traditional finance and blockchain innovation. With leadership roles at AXA, Guggenheim, and Brown Brothers Harriman, she brings decades of expertise in governance, compliance, and operational strategy.
Beth currently serves as an independent director for GMO-Z.com Trust Company, a NYDFS-regulated stablecoin issuer, where she chairs the Compliance Committee and sits on the Audit and Exam Committees. She also advises the Balancer Foundation, a leading DeFi protocol, and leads global policy efforts at the Stablecoin Standard.
She is Chief Legal Officer at AdvisorEngine (a Franklin Templeton company), Managing Partner at Warburton Advisers, Chair of the NYC Bar Web3 Subcommittee, and a Regulatory Advisory Committee member for the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
