Cliff McGahee is SVP, Director of Operations for Queensborough National Bank & Trust, where he helps lead strategy, modernization initiatives, and enterprise systems management. A seasoned financial services and technology executive, he brings more than 20 years of experience across bank operations, information security, IT infrastructure, data and analytics, project management, and process improvement.
Since joining Queensborough in 2018, Cliff has expanded and strengthened Core Solutions and Deposit Operations, increasing both scope and capacity. He founded and leads the bank’s dedicated automation practice to reduce manual bottlenecks and improve speed and accuracy.
Previously, Cliff spent 11 years at Fiserv in support, professional services, and implementation leadership roles. His breadth of hands on experience gives him a distinctive combination of operational and technical fluency, which he applies to solution evaluations and implementations, allowing him to assess technical requirements and gauge the real world viability of proposed solutions.
