Inwha Huh is the Head of CIB AI & Innovation at Wells Fargo. She oversees the delivery of key AI and Fintech initiatives, manages the oversight of the full CIB GenAI book of work, and owns the overall CIB Innovation strategy all in support of growing the CIB book of business, improve speed to market, and enhancing the overall client lifecycle experience.

Inwha has over 25 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, and in leading businesses and functions including structured finance, capital markets, and global trade finance, as well as driving innovation and transformation. She joins Wells Fargo from Deutsche Bank where she led the Transformation and AI Center of Excellence for the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank. Prior to her role at Deutsche Bank, she held leadership positions at IBM in New York, including as Partner & Practice lead for Banking & Financial Markets, and HSBC in Hong Kong.

Inwha is a board member of the Carver Foundation and advisory council member of Kogod Business School - American University, SIMA (Social Investment Managers & Advisors), and Harvard Business Review.
